We will work together to discover the root causes of your symptoms and create a personalized wellness plan for your health goals.
Holistic Postpartum Support
In-home or remote support for the first six weeks after birth to promote healing and restore vitality. This includes nourishment & recipes, hormone and herbal support, hands-on treatments, and a rite of passage ceremony.
Closing of the Bones Ceremony
A ceremony rooted in many cultures to honor life transitions. It is a powerful way to support a mother in the postpartum time to heal the positioning of the open pelvis after birth and to aid in the emotional/ spiritual transition into motherhood.
Work with Me 1:1
First, we will take our time to dive into your health history, what you’ve tried before, and where you are at now.
We will take a thorough inventory of your lifestyle including food, movement, sleep, stress, environment, etc. We will work together to identify root cause issues, considering labs and further testing.
Then, together we will create a plan with a clear stepwise approach that empowers you to fully nourish your mind, your body, and your hormones.
This is a personalized, bio-individualized approach to wellness.

Closing of the Bones Ceremony
The Closing of the Bones is rooted in many cultures across the world. I was fortunate enough to be trained through the Mexican lineage by midwife Rachelle Garcia Seliga, who directly worked and trained with indigenous midwives in Mexico. The indigenous ceremony keepers have said this ceremony was intended to be shared to all those who felt called to it - woman to woman.
La Cerrada, or “the closing” a ceremonial journey of inner and outer transformation. It is a way for women to gather, honor, and integrate their labor and birth experience and fully transition into motherhood. It involves a series of gentle massages, wraps, and prayers aimed at physically, emotionally, & spiritually supporting the mother. The pelvis is wrapped in such a way that it assists in physically aligning a mother’s body by “closing her bones” out of the open birth position.
It can be performed anytime postpartum and beyond, as once you become a mother you are always “postpartum” and this closing can continue to serve you if you are called to it.
If you want to have a closing ceremony after birth, it is generally around the 40-day window.
This ceremony can also be a powerful tool to hold anyone during a significant life transition including birth, menarche, menopause, grief, loss, change in career, change in health status, or any other need to mark a rite of passage.

My Approach
I focus on the mother–baby dyad, centering the mother so she can be deeply held, nourished, and supported in her healing during the first forty days.
This approach allows for a softer entry into the postpartum period—and a more grounded, fully integrated transition out of it.
My goal is to help mothers restore their vitality while developing a deep understanding of their physiologic and psychological needs throughout the childbearing continuum.
I typically begin working with families in the third trimester to create a postpartum plan, followed by 1–2 visits per week during the first 40 days postpartum.
Best Fit For:
Families seeking mother-centered, holistic postpartum care
Those drawn to traditional and physiologic healing practices
Families who value hands-on, intimate support over household assistance
Women desiring personalized care beyond the standard 6-week postpartum model
Those looking to build a sustainable framework for long-term healing
