    Foundations for Health: The Healing Collective includes six virtual sessions and a personalized 1:1 visit with Lauren.

The Foundations for Health course revolves around the 6 principles for long-term health (nourishment, sleep, movement, stress, environment, connection), and provides you with clarity towards your long-term well-being. Co-created in partnership with Meredith Mayo, MSW, it includes six virtual sessions with over 7 hours of content PLUS an 1:1 hour-long visit with Lauren to support the integration of the material as well as personalize it to your specific health goals. We also provide you with a folder of extensive additional resources & recipes.
